Telephones
Each student room in Neumann and Miller halls is equipped with a phone line jack and local/on-campus phone service. Long distance can be dialed using a commercial phone calling card, or obtaining a Telephone Authorization Code (T.A.C.). These codes will be available at the beginning of the school year via the college internet and billing will occur on a monthly basis. Payment can be made directly to the Student Financial Service Office. Students are responsible and will be billed for all calls made using their T.A.C. code. Residents must provide their own phones. It is suggested that a phone/answering machine be connected in the room to receive notices of delivered packages and in case there is an emergency.
Computers
Each student room in Neumann and Miller halls is furnished with at least one data jack. In the Townhouses, there is a data jack on the first floor and one in each bedroom. This jack will enable you to use the campus network. Students will need to have an Ethernet card and an Ethernet cable to use this jack. Both are available for purchase at the college bookstore.
Laundry Facilities
There are four laundry rooms located on campus, one each in Neumann and Miller Halls, and two in the townhouses. They are provided free of charge to students. |
