Degree Requirements The first year of the two-year program integrates liberal studies and physical therapist assistant courses. The second year will consist of physical therapy courses including those in the classroom and laboratory as well as three clinical placements. These will be held at affiliated sites where the students will learn and work under the supervision of qualified PTs and PTAs. Please note, each PTA course is offered only once each year during the terms listed.
