Community Since 1991, Mercyhurst North East has been an integral part of the community it calls home. MNE invites its neighbors to visit campus for its several educational programs, speakers, music and theatre productions, and other events held throughout the year. And MNE students provide many hours of service to the community, through our MNE Student Government and other organizations. Whether it’s a food drive for the North East Food Pantry, or bringing local children to campus for educational experiences, MNE is proud to contribute to the community of North East and northwestern Pennsylvania.
