Sports Management Concentration

If you've always been fascinated with the world of sports, whether it's the game day production of a professional team or the smooth management of local pick-up leagues, a degree in sport management from Mercyhurst North East may be the path for you.

The sport management degree program prepares students for entry-level positions in the sport industry, with a particular emphasis on the business aspect of the field. This concentration adds additional coursework in accounting, economics, management and marketing. Throughout the sequence of courses, various exams will be made available to for students to become certified in personal training, pool management, water safety instruction, and CPR and first aid training.
